4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a pear color with a huge white head of suds. Lots of bubbly carbonation. Nose is a spice floral bouquet. Very creamy and soft on the palate. Sweet flavor of bread, coriander and citrus. Finish soft-no bitterness. Very quaffable brew that pairs well with nuts or finger sandwiches.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: Yellow in color, translucent, bubbly, and a finger of white head. Nose is malty, some yeast, and faint undetermined spices. Tastes maltier than expected, some orange zest, spice, and Belgian yeast. Coriander, thatís what it is... thank you Ratebeer description. Drinks easy, but its a little too sweet for me.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Light hazy yellow with white head. Smells of citrus, yeast, lemon. Crisp and effervescent. A bit funky, but also flat in the middle. Tastes very much like a typical white ale. It was ok.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle - This brew has a tart, citrusy, yeasty aroma. It tastes sweet and spicy, maybe a little too sweet, and has a light to medium body and a lively palate. Overall itís a good wit.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft sample. Gold in colour with a bit of haze and strong carbonation. Aromas are of coriander, lemon peel, and juicy fruit bubblegum. Itís a wheat, soap, and coriander blend in the mouth, along with a mild peppery quality. Lighter bodied than expected, and drinkable.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Thereís a lot to like about this Belgian White. The wheat malt flavors are mild and refreshing. Thereís also a soft citrus taste. In the end, thereís nothing unusual or astounding about this beer, but I canít think of anything thatís wrong with it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle. Bottled 07/03/13. (Whole Foods Market) Baton Rouge, LA.
Cloudy yellow colour with a small white head.
Yeast, sweet, citrus, spices and wheat in the aroma.
The flavour is sweet fruity, yeasty and wheaty. Tasty. Mild citrus bitterness. Very drinkable. Maybe a bit too sweet to be excellent.
