Bottle. A- Cloves, coriander, wheat, eggs, lemon. A- Pale yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Coriander, cloves, wheat, spices. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- A little light. Then again, I had this bottle sitting around for way to long, so it certainly wasnít in itís prime. Lots of spice and wheat on the palate and nose. Otherwise a pretty standard wit.

Bottle: Yellow in color, translucent, bubbly, and a finger of white head. Nose is malty, some yeast, and faint undetermined spices. Tastes maltier than expected, some orange zest, spice, and Belgian yeast. Coriander, thatís what it is... thank you Ratebeer description. Drinks easy, but its a little too sweet for me.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow with white head. Smells of citrus, yeast, lemon. Crisp and effervescent. A bit funky, but also flat in the middle. Tastes very much like a typical white ale. It was ok.

Draft sample. Gold in colour with a bit of haze and strong carbonation. Aromas are of coriander, lemon peel, and juicy fruit bubblegum. Itís a wheat, soap, and coriander blend in the mouth, along with a mild peppery quality. Lighter bodied than expected, and drinkable.
