4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Ok. Here’s the situation. This a a very deep purple/red beer that goes down easy, and you know what that means. What else do you want me to tell you? It’s tinted red, has a Lacy, dirty white head and smells and taste like "good"? Yes, like good. You want to hear bout the malt and hops? Drink one yourself. Good hunting!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Picked up a single while exiting the Wasatch Pub. This is brownish ale with heavy sweet malt aroma and some hop background. Tastes sweet with caramel notes and good bitter balance. Has old ale feel to it, as many winter beers do.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours deep amber/brown with a medium tan head...nice retention. Aroma has caramel, mild fruitiness, and faint tea-like hops. Flavor has significant tea-like hoppiness up front and caramel and roasty malts. Mouthfeel is medium and slightly creamy with a slightly roasted bitter and dry finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep red-brown, maybe filtered. Lacy, foamy beige head. Smooth, fruity amber malt aroma. Rich and malt centered, despite a respectable hopping...nothing on Sierra in the regard. Still a pretty solid winter offering, brown and amber combination. Some faint vanilla, wood. Piny, soapy hop tastes, not so complex, but offer a steady bitterness. OK.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a deep, dark brown with a wispy head. No where near the profile of a SN Celebration, so I don’t even knwo why they refrence that in the CD.
