on tap–pours amber with a disappearing light tan head. Aroma is mint, black tea, floral. Taste is spice/floral/herbal, medium fruit, light/medium malt. Interesting.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy amber body with medium off-white head. Aroma of lemon, tea leaves, honey, and florals. Flavor of herbs, lemon, florals, and earthiness.

Quite spicy and herbal - the tartness of the lemon balm comes through, as well as the floral jasmine tea. Weird, but pretty drinkable and unique.

On tap at Watch City. Listed as "Bee Jezus Belgian Botanical Ale". Said to be a "true gruit" with no hops. The color is a clear light amber with light carbonation. Aroma is very herbal. Flavor is lightly sweet but well balanced by the spice herbs. Very drinkable. My wife liked it a lot, so that’s saying a lot.

On tap at Watch City, Waltham MA, 5 November 2009 @ 6.8%. Hazy gold. Thin white head. Sweet and, not surprisingly, herbal (although I wouldn’t be able to identify the particular herbs). Sherbety fruit - quite estery. So so. Could use more bite. I like plenty of hops in my beer so I often find these “no hops” beers interesting but not 100% to my taste. This one was no exception.

A hazy golden ale with a thin off white head. Pleasant and pungeant aroma of light hops and jasmine. In mouth, an interesting floral hops mixed with honey, lemon and incense. A very good spiced IPA. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 12 2008.
