Water Street Pirate Amber (Rum Barrel Aged)

Specially made for the Wisconsin Micro-brewers Beerfest in Chilton, Wisconsin. Served on draught and pours a light clear copper amber brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a thin white ring. Aroma has a light caramel malt with some brown sugar scents and some citrus hops. Taste is light bodied, very light carbonation with a light flavor of caramel malt, brown sugar and some grassy hops. Finish is a tad watery, some light fruit at first and then dry caramel aftertaste. No much rum flavored except some detected brown sugar.
