On tap at Brouwers. Biscuity malt aroma. Hazy orange color with a thin white head. Sweet and bready flavor w a funky bitter hop finish. More bitter than alot of APA’s. The hoppy finish is dry and long lingering. Good.

On tap at Water Street Brewing in Port Townsend, WA--This one was brewed with Horizon hops. Poured a cloudy orange-amber body with next to no head. Oniony citrus nose. Mild malty spiny that withered away after a sip. Floral presence disappeared into watery dullness. in the finish.

Draft at the brewpub; Nose of lemony, citrus hops; hazy yellow-orange with a medium glass-lacing white head; flavor is a grainy, rye breadish bitterness with it finishing fairly bitter. Different APA!

Taster - Water Street Brewery - Port Townsend, WA.
Aroma – Nice single hop IPA aroma, good mix of malts.
Appearance – Amber in color, small head and clear.
Flavor – Had a great IPA flavor. The beer was truly hopped up with a single hop and a good balance with malts.
Palate – Great Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – The Single hop was Simcoe which brought out both a great bitterness and fruity tang. This was a very nice beer.

7/28/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is earthy, grassy, citrus hops forward followed by some grainy malt and light sweet caramel. Appearance is hazy light copper with a well retained off-white head. Flavor is an even hop/malt balance forward followed by sour, earthy, grassy, musty bittering hops with no citrus. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with some starchiness and a low carb texture. Overall, a bit funky, too earthy, and possibly oxidized.

Tea leaves and chamomille dominate the nose. Light honey mouth with a touch of hibiscous in the finish.

Tangerine color with decent carbonation. Decent hop aroma, and solid, clean hop flavor, with a bitter-sour finish. Ok IPA, though not a fan of the particular hop used.

Lightly foggy gold, nice white head on it. The aroma is a nice hoppiness, with a light sweetness. Taste is a fairly harsh hoppiness, very edgy, but enjoyable at the same time.
