Rather unspectacular ipa. Lacking hop aroma and flavor, I don't know why this is classified as an ipa. Looks nice, dark golden slightly orange color, no head though, and a bit of lacing. Overall I wouldn't recommend it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orange pour with white head. Aroma is light citrus and light bready malt. Flavor is caramel malt slight resiny bitter. Medium body with good carbonation. Some oxidation. More of a pale ale to me.

From a bottle. Aroma is buttery - almost as if it is infected. Taste isn't any better; a hint of sweetness trying to push through. A nasty beer and a very disappointing effort by Shipyard. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a hop and earthy aroma with some citrus tossed in. Appearance- A dark amber color with a small off-white head. Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Has a smooth texture to slightly oily feel, not bad. Overall- This is an average IPA.

(Rating #6031)

In a beer desert it fine. But far behind the leaders and not quite even middle of the pack. Cold. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. BB M/15. (Food Lion) Boone, NC.
Clear deep golden colour with a small white head. Sweet fruity hops, mild bitterness and sweet malt in the aroma. The flavour is mild fruity and candy hops and malt. Watery.

it pours a dark golden orange with an off white head which leaves little lacing. There are faint smells of caramel and citrus. There are caramel tastes with a tinge of bite. The bite comes from a pine taste. It lacks the full range of IPA flavors.
