A pale gold bitter with a slight citrus taste. A good hop and malt balance gives way to a thirst quenching dry finish.

Yellow with white head. Aroma was a bit like tomato (which was strange but not bad) and floral. Medium bitterness. Very interesting, unusual and drinkable.

Cask handpull, The Watermill, Ings, Cumbria, 17/02/13. Crackers and faint grassy aroma. Pale gold with a bright foamy top. Slight with hints of lime jelly and grass. Bread and bitter pale nut finish. Clean cut but throwaway.

Cask by handpump, half pint picked up at bar 3, NWAF ’13 and shared with Finn. Clear, yellow-gold body. Fragile lacework to the glass. Fruity aroma, dry. Taste of lemon and resin on a mid-sweet malty backbone. Fresh fruit bitter ending. Refreshing (Manchester, 24.01.2013).

Cask at the brewpub. A pale yellow, light bitter. Faint zesty aroma, the initial taste is a touch watery, but this is soon overcome by a good biscuit flavour. Hints oh homebrew and a fair bit of dryness, but a good session ale, with a really enjoyable finish.

Cask, gravity, at The Marquis of Exeter, Lyddington, Rutland. This was pub No:4 on the excellent Welland Valley Beer Festival tour with ten pubs in total and about ~200 beers on offer, 11th June 2011 Pours light gold with a white head. This is really quite refreshing, some citrus and nice gentle hoppiness throughout, simple but tasty. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask at the Battersea Beer Festival, 10th Feb 2010. Clear golden looks. Lemony citrus nose. More so on the tongue - very fresh and drinkable. Lacks malt weight but definitely a good beer for those who like them light and sharp.
