May 19, 2007 Bottle: Pours a huge white foamy head. Some sweet malt aroma, a hint of sourness, citrus hops and fruity esters. Flavor is sweet and fruity on the front end with notes of phenolics and belgian spicy yeast, citrusy notes are nice, tastes saisony. Finishes dry and clean.

May 17, 2007 330 ml bottle. Dense and thick lasting white head. Slight unclear, orange/golden body. Inviting fruity and malty aroma; sweet citrus, tropical, honey, mild spices and a very pleasant malty sweetness. Malty flavors as well, also lots of alluring fruits, notes of yeast, toffee and spice. Soft mouthfeel. Lingering, slight bitter and fruity end. Marvellous!

May 11, 2007 Bottle at Paix Poperinge. Pale gold with slight nose and fading head. Musty, cellar nose. Medium body and spiced flavor. Nothing outstanding or unique about this. Run of the mill Belgium tripel.

May 9, 2007 Deep orangey copper hue with a large white head. orangey, yeasty and fruity aroma. This follows through to the favour which is rather pleasant. Medium bodied and quite sweet with fairly short finish.

May 2, 2007 Big bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour with a big fizzy mostly diminishing white head. Sweet aroma of yeast, malt, fruits and spices, which also are in the flavour though much more profiund and with a good alcohol touch. Bitter hoppy and yeasty finish.

Apr 30, 2007 750mL bottle, glad to see it in the area! Poured a healthy shade of medium orange with a medium cap of white head. The aroma is just what I was looking for this evening... sweet lighter fruits with a hefty, well-balanced dose of the house yeast that I adore.. light peppery spices and fresh bread.. quite nice! The flavor had a soft bready base with light fruity esters, moderate peppery spices, and alcohol kick spiking around the tongue. Medium-bodied & well-balanced.. definitely a solid brew!

Apr 29, 2007 750ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a large white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is yeasty and citrusy. Taste is the same being very mild and refreshing. Medium mouthfeel with a slightly creamy texture and mild hop bitterness. A nice Tripel that is light and refreshing.

Apr 22, 2007 Poured from a 500ml bottle into a tulip glass, cloudy orange with a big head. The aroma was of yeast and citrus. The taste was sweet with notes of spice and fruit. Similiar to St. Bernardus tripel, but not nearly as good.
