Commercial Description:
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. pours copper, with a one finger thick fizzy lasting white head. Aroma of fruit, citrus, spices, slight hops also to the nose. The flavor is fruity, carbonated, citrus, smooth, and yeast. Good body, good brew.

Have always been a fan of the Belgian Ale. This particular brew has a medium sweetness with a slightly bitter afternote.

From a 750 ml. caged cork bottle with a blurb and serving information on the back of bottle, a best before date that I can’t find, sampled at a cooler cellar temperature in a goblet. Poured a hazy tripel golden with a foamy white head that settled into a thin sudsy lacing, small amount of ringed sticking. Aromas of dusty, dry yeast, apples, mild spices, honey and sweet malts, a light tropical fruitiness and spicy hops. Good carbonation and a crisp, dry and smooth lightish medium bodied mouthfeel. Delicious tasting, apples and pears from the yeastiness, candied sugar, honey bread malts, soft bitterness from the spicy hops, bananas and tropical fruits in the middle, the alcohol is well masked and provides a nice warmth in the palate, and dry, sweet fruity and malty finish, good tripel drinkability. A really nice Belgian tripel, well worth trying.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Yeast and fruits in aroma. Fruits, alcohol and yeast in flavour. The yeast fits in excellently in this beer and balances up the sweetness it would be without. Quite oily palate though.

Bottled. Hazy orange in colour. Foamy white head. The aroma is yeasty and somewhat alcoholic. It has a yeasty flavour in a somewhat fruity mix. There is a dry aftertaste.
