330ml bottle. Pours a pale straw colour with very faint haze and a one finger head of fine white bubbles. On the nose an interesting faint lime peel aroma, mineral notes, the ol’ Belgian yeast/wet concrete notes, light chamomile, and honey. Taste is mineral heavy with a sweet undertone up front that leads into more mineral heavy hops with Belgian yeast, light citrus, and honey with a bitter finish. Though an ale, it kind of comes across as a kickass Euro-lager. Great stuff!

Al palato chiodi di garofano, balsamica e uva passa, in secondo piano banana e zucchero caramellato, amaro erbaceo misto a fieno nel finale; abbastanza equilibrata.
Corpo medio, mediamente carbonata, retrolfatto pepato e balsamico.

Pours a hazy light amber. Medium white head that does not last. Light nose, spice and some fruit. Flavour is slightly fruity, bit of spice and belg yeast. Not as sweet as a lot of triples. Slightly bitter finish, quite light bodied. Refreshing.

opalescent golden yellow colour, moderate sized dense, creamy off-white head; typical Belgian tripel aroma with overripe fruits, candy sugar, yeast, floral notes and minimal spices; taste is the same with moderate bitterness and spicy notes in the aftertaste; great tripel

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
ours slightly cloudy light orange with big foamy head and lots of lacing. Nose is grainy with some dough. Tastes of dough, cereal, grassy bitterness, maybe some light green apple and pears. Taste light sweet medium bitter. Medium body with lots of carbonation and a lasting bitterness to the finish. Was perfect paired with scallops, quite surprisingly.
