Ingredients: Water, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast.
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Bottle, 33cL. With dad. Naintre, France. A hazy light orange beer with a large white head. Long persistance. Yeast sediment. Aroma is fruity (lemon), spices, bread, honey. Light bitter, medium sweet. Nice taste. Medium body, oily texture, good carbonation, sweet refreshing aftertaste. Overall, a good beer. I like this yeast and spicy sweet aroma. Good balance.

A very hazy golden honey color with particles in suspension, a big white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma is light with pears, banana, honey and a hint of clove. Taste is more balanced between the light fruit flavors and a black pepper spiciness. Has a touch of the honey and some yeasty biscuit flavors. Finishes dry with some pepper and clove. Prickly mouthfeel with high carbonation and a medium body. A simple but nice tasting tripel that is effervescent and drinkable. Would not turn it away but would choose others over it.

Bottle (750 ml). Hazy blond with a medium fully lasting white head and some lacing. Aroma is mostly of Belgian yeast along with fruity notes, bread and spices. Taste is slightly sweet with a lot of yeast, breadied malt, fruity notes and a gentle warming finish. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Textbook Tripel with a nice balance and some yeast complexity. Easily drinkable.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick head and good lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast, bit of malt sweetness and spice. The taste is mildly sweet with a blend of fruit, malt, some yeast and a bit of orange peel. Has a subtle bitterness and the finish is quite dry. Body is pretty full, smooth and with plenty of character. Very well balanced. Quite an enjoyable beer that is a good example of the style.

Pours a clear blonde beer with a lot of saturation. Has a nice fine white head that stays for quite some time. Smells hoppy, fresh and fruity. Tastes bitter and hoppy. Leaves a nice balanced palate. Kind of sweet but really balanced with the hops. Great Belgian beer from a great brewery!

Gemiddelde trippel. Afdronk matig, smaak is OK. Kleur is goed. Heb betere bieren van deze brouwer gedronken.

Pours a muddy yelow color with a medium white head. Nose is clearly yeasty and malty. Aromas are yeast, citrus, spices. Strange metalic aftertaste, but rather good tripel.
