COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Chudwick (360) - Taylor Mill (KY), FRANCE - SEP 18, 2011
bottle (best before 01/06/2007) in a pint glass - pours super cloudy (due to yeast sediment) orange/brown with thin white head and some lacing. Nose is yeast (basement aromas) and chocolate malts with plums or old fruit (ether). Aroma is chocolate and roasted malts along with butterscotch. Taste is sweet on the lips and leaves a long finish. Aftertaste is not hoppy as the label suggests but still sweet. Very flavorful and medium-bodied.

wlajwl (1479) - Iowa, USA - SEP 10, 2011
Very dirty blonde and murky in appearance while the aroma is strongly of yeast and spice slightly musty. The flavor is spicy with a decent maltiness to it. All in all, not an over-the-top tripel but a very solid, drinkable tripel.
