Commercial Description:
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Hazy medium gold hue with a medium sized, frothy, white head. Medium sized floaties. Bananas, cookies, sour dough, herbs, buttery muffins, and white pepper aromas. Moderately sweet, moderately acidic (sour), lightly bitter flavor. Moderately acidic, moderately bitter finish. Spicy, drying, long finish. Banana peel type astringency. Medium body, watery taste, fizzy carbonation.

Bottle. Orange-copper color, with lasting white head. Has small bitlets of particulate matter--aka floaties. Aroma is caramel, with slight citrus, slight yeast and slight spice. Flavor is malty and faintly fruity--banana, and a bit watery in the finish.

Nice and soft in the taste. Murky orange straw body with a large white head. Light spice and some orange in the aroma. Lovely smooth malt in the taste, dusty, melon, banana and pear, quite good but just needs a bit more guts.

Interesting beer here. Golden color with a thick and lasting white head. As I drink I notice extremely complicated lacing. Good stuff. Aroma is very fruity. Apple, banana, some pear, and an oddly nutty scent as well. Fruity taste with plenty of apple and cherry but also what tastes sort of like pecans. There’s a weird semi-nutty taste that I’ve never experienced in a tripel before. Definitely an interesting tripel.

330ml bottle. Flowery, sweet and fruity aroma, prominent notes of pear, melon and banana along with an interesting but faint herbal, grassy component and hints of grain and honey. Golden amber color, lightly hazy with a thick, foamy and lasting head and lacing to match. Flavor profile is abundantly estery and sweet with suggestions of rich, honeyish malts and virtually tropical fruitiness, finishing on a lightly acidic, bitter, tangy and alcoholic note. Lush and smooth mouthfeel with a medium-full body. Moderately complex and satisfying.

Light orange color with a full Belgian head. Diverse fruit platter aroma, with hints of nectarine and peach, honey, Belgian yeast and lightly floral hops. Well orchestrated malt and yeast character, producing a range of absolutely sensational fruit flavors. Banana, peach, nectarine...you name it, all balanced by delicious caramel and toffee malt profile, somewhat funky, yet clean yeast and lightly floral hops. I just love Belgian beers. Its amazing that something like this can be produced using only water, malt, hops and yeast. Cheers to beer.
