Bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast.
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

330ml Bottle. Was rather explosive on opening!! Despite the champagne effect on opening, it poured a white head that quickly vanished to a medium lacing., The beer itself is a orange amber and rather cloudy (the eventful opening negated leaving it stand for a week). Its aroma is yeast but with strong hints of orange and spices. Its aroma is very much mirrored in its taste, yeast, sweet alcohol, orange spices and a very strong smoky finish. By no means a session beer but a very drinkable triple.

Bought a bottle at Bert’s Bierhuis. Aroma of citrus fruits, bananas and some spices. Has a hazy golden/blond color, has a soapy white head, which doesn’t stay long, and is well carbonated. Taste is little spicy and has a medium bitterness, also in the aftertaste. A well balanced complex tripel, but Bernardus Tripel from this brewer is just a little better.
