COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Nice pour, murky amber/orange coloring, frothy had, nice foam, sticks around a while, bready and citrus smell. Very sweet, thick and rich tasting, lots of citrus, almost sour or tart, very drinkable, abv well hidden. Yeast is a nice compliment to the taste as well. Overall above average, definitely makes the cut.

Abio (1058) - Waasland, BELGIUM - FEB 9, 2011
Yellow to orange coloured beer with a medium head that holds ok. The smell is very decent. Malts, hops and spices, mostly malty. The taste gets overruled a bit in the end by the yeast, but starts with some citrus, hoppy, spices. The yeast makes it a bit cookie-like. Decent brew.

Poured into a snifter. 4.0 A: Hazy dark orange color. Lots of thick creamy head with great retention and lots of lacing. Yeast floaties all throughout. 5.0 S: Amazing aroma. Tons of fruity esters. Pineapple, orange peel, over-ripe oranges, a bit of pepper, and a vegetal tomato paste. 4.0 T: Very tasty, though not as good on the tongue as it is on the nose. Lots of esters with the flavors mentioned in the nose. Really earthy with a spiciness to it. 4.0 M: Medium body. Healthy Belgian carbonation. Smooth. 4.0 D: Good beer. Wouldn’t mind another.
