Buona tripel, un classicone, bella anche per la sua non difficile beva, carattere raro in una birra del genere.

Bottle. Pours hazy, deep golden with a big white head. Loved the aroma with hints of sweet fruits, spices, lemon en orange. Great taste with a nice balance between sweet and some bitter notes. Great brew.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 ClubGonzo (1732) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 28, 2010
Bottle purchased at the brewery. Pours a clear golden body with a creamy, medium white top. Aroma is delicious; flowery honey notes with hints of yellow apples, hay and molasses. Taste is very focused and tight, with honey, brandy, mellow floral tones and hints of molasses. So much flavor in such a tightly connected taste profile. Warming alcohol, without every being pronounced. A subtle creation, and a very, very solid tripel from St. Bernard.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 GTAEgeek (437) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 10, 2010
11.2 oz. bottle from a mix-pack. Pours a clear, dark gold color with a huge bubbly, white head. The aroma is citrus hops, spices and caramel. The flavors of this beer is mostly sweet, with a sharp sour note. The palate is heavy, syrupy, and highly carbonated, with a mild bitter aftertaste. Overall, an light, refreshing, candy-like beer.

Pours a cloudy brown-beige-orange colour with a big creamy white head. Chunky, with great retention and some patchy lace. Sediments of all shape and sizes float around. Carbonation is very intense. The nose is of Belgian yeast, with some nuttiness and notes of fruits. Thin mouthfeel with some mild molasse found in the taste. Also found is some nuts, dark fruit, spices and caramel.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 scottw86 (835) - Maryland, USA - JUN 16, 2010
Poured a pale amber with a large white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon, yeast. Taste is fruity and bready. Some yeast as well and spicy throughout. Too much carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter with a light sense of alcohol, which is surprising since this is only 7.5%. Overall good.
