Bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast.
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

12oz Bottle: Not a bad experience at all. I’m not usually a tripel fan, but this was quite pleasant. Plenty of sweet fruity undertones follow a slightly dry nit-too-boozy finish. The nose was a bit under-pronounced, but it was poured into a pint glass, so not necessarily the brew’s fault. Included in a 6pk selection featuring mostly St. Bernardus, I thought this really stood out on it’s own for what I had expected to be an unimportant "extra" in the selection.

Bottle. Typical triple pour, murky honey color with strong frothy head. Beautiful. Fresh but yeasty aroma: grains, soap, young cheese, pepper, touch of vanilla. Reminds of Westmalle. Taste is a very robust, beautifully balanced, traditional Triple. Fresh grains, infused with a touch of dried lemon, vanilla, pepper. Creamy. Reminds of Karmeliet. Aftertaste is sweet, dried apricots. Style-defining quality beer.

Bottle - big thick head, slightly hazy dark straw color, nice refreshing fruity aroma and flavor, sweet light malt backbone, moderate Belg yeast spice and complexity, very good overall ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Clear golden with big fuzzy white head. Sweet malts, came sugar, plums, strong sweet white wine, spicy yeast with some cloves and pepper, lemon peel, herbal bitter towards the finish. Medium bodied with slight sticky feel and full creamy carbonation. Really good, slightly too sweet for me but a classic in the style.

330 mL bottle. Slightly hazy golden pour, some yeast around. Tall frothy white head, fair bit of lace on the glass as the head slowly drops. Sweet aroma, fair bit of fruit, apple, orange, and yeast. Taste has a similar fruity taste, bread malt taste. Body has a fair bit of fizzy carbonation.

330 ml bottle from LCBO. Hazy yellow with lots of bubbly white head. Nose is fruit, spices, Belgian yeast. Frothy, soft mouthfeel. Taste has deep fruity esters, peach, apricot. Flavours are nice, but mild. Trifecta is present, tart, sweet, bitter. You really have to look for the bitterness.

Poured hazy, dirty yellow. Very active carbonation with a 1 1/2 finger and building, off white bubbly head. Grassy, dough aroma. Slight sweet with a touch of bitterness. Slightly oily texture. Fairly good.
