Bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast.
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

330ml bottle into a goblet. Pours a slightly hazy medium orange with a half finger fluffy white head. Excellent head retention with just a little bit of lacing on the sides of the glass. There is really a whole lot going on in the aroma. Lots of Belgian spicyness along with some peach and orange. marmalade. Strong notes of caramel candy and lightly toasted bread. More earthy than I was expecting. The flavor doesn’t seem quite as complex as the aroma but it is still quite enjoyable. Bread mixed with peaches and orange throughout with a lot of banana and clove up front. Hops are nearly non-existent which is appropriate. Some caramel sweetness but it is restrained with a somewhat drying finish bringing up the end. No hint of alcohol whatsoever. Overall, a really good tripel with quite a bit going on. I really love the number of nuances in the aroma and flavor. This is a really interesting as well as refreshing beer to drink.

Bottle. Dirty straw color, frothy head. Strong fruity apple/pear aroma. Lots of sweetness in this, sweeter than the StB trip. More yeasty, like chewing on dough. This was delicious. I enjoyed this more than the StB trip.

Classic Belgian abbey beer; the beer has a nice golden colour. Tastewise very smooth and fruity with a dominating sweet banana and caramel, honey flavour. Also slightly malty bitter.

Bouteille 33 cl - couleur orangée trouble, mousse trés éphémère, odeur d’épices, sucré, goût: fruit jaune, épices, soupçon de sucre, une bonne bière

Unclear medium orange with floaters. Thin off white head. Very Belgian yeast forward. Fruity and bubblegum. Mild to moderate peppery. Some alcohol. Overall just too much yeast character for me.

Bottle shared by Marduk, thanks! BB 06.05.2017. Amber with white off-head. Fruity and caramelly, plus nice hop character. Soft on the palate, carbonation crisp. Alcohol present, but it doesn’t come across as boozy. Nothing bad to say, but not exactly memorable either.
