Commercial Description:
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

A fairly ideal tripel. Fruity. Banana. This bottle sat for awhile in my stash for some reason. It shouldn’t have lasted that long. Another great St. Bernardus.

Good fruit forward nose balanced with nice spice. Not as big as most tripels including their own St. Bernardus. More Golden in style but soft and inviting brew of good complexity.

pours golden with solid head that holds and laces. aroma is spicy with strong mint tones. taste brings back the spice with the same mint character that brings it to an almost medicinal state. it has a nice spice sweet bitter finish. very easy stuff and pretty good overall.

Pours medium orangish brown with small, short-lived head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, fruit and sugar. Flavor is scent, herb, citrus, alcohol and more. Some warming alcohol in the taste. The taste varried greatly but finished with a shot of quick bitterness.

Golden copper with lots of carb and a compact long lasting creamy head. Smells of spices, garpefruit, and clover. Sweet and creamy malt with a hoppy finish.

750 ml bottle. A hazy deep golden beer with a huge, creamy and persistent white head. The aroma is quite powerful and malty. There are light hoppy notes, a good fruitiness (tropical fruits), some bubblegum and spices. Enjoyable aroma. The flavour has a medium sweetness and a light acidity. Quite well balanced, fruity, malty and not overspiced. Medium body and not much more, lively carbonation, long finish with almost medium bitterness. I find this more refines and complex than St. Bernardus Tripel. Not mindblowing, but very enjoyable.

Bottle. Banana esters, slight orange, spice, and peace aromas. Very bubbly yellow with thick foamy white head, sticking to the sides stubbornly. Caramel and peppery ester flavor, mild acidity. Sweet, but balanced, with a touch of alcohol in the finish. Smooth, creamy palate.
