Pours a murky light orange with a frothy, creamy white head that leaves thick lacing. Aroma has some musty qualities to it with a heavy dose of yeast. Flavor is yeast laden as well with some coriander notes, a touch of lemon and a bit of candied sugar. Not as refined and polished as most Tripels. Mouthfeel is a tad too spritzy for my lking. Still a decent nightcap. Gr0ve (1428), Oslo, Norway

Bitter taste and some spices mixed in with the expected hit of yeast. Not my favorite style, but one of the better ones I’ve had.
