Commercial Description:
The aroma of this beer is agreeably gentle and is carried by a discreet bitterness while the balance between the malt and hops relies on fruity accents and a lightly fresh aftertaste.

Aroma of pears, malt and yeast, cloudy, deep amber, pours a large white foamy head. Flavours are malt, citrus, bread and again pears. Medium bodied, good mouthfeel, very finish. Quite nice.

750 ml bottle, Market Square Liquors, Tallahassee, Fl. Pours a murky light orange with a frothy, creamy white head that leaves thick lacing. Aroma has some musty qualities to it with a heavy dose of yeast. Flavor is yeast laden as well with some coriander notes, a touch of lemon and a bit of candied sugar. Not as refined and polished as most Tripels. Mouthfeel is a tad too spritzy for my lking. Still a decent nightcap.

750 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow colour. Very tall fluffy white head that clongs to the glass. Head falls down quickly. Lemony wheat aroma. Rich malty and clean aroma. Wheaty flavours. Quite dry finish.

Pretty honey smell, malty and yeasty. Cloudy golden coloured. Thick head. Sweet malty taste. Sweet bitter palate. Nice. But from St. Bernardus I expected more.

Hazy orange color with a medium head. Very yeasty aroma with a mix of pine needles. Bitter taste and some spices mixed in with the expected hit of yeast. Not my favorite style, but one of the better ones I’ve had.
