Hazy pale yellow color, big cloudy white head. Fruity banana in the nose with light notes of coriander and paper. Refreshing, crisp mouthfeel. Wheaty, light spicey flavor. A bit hoppy finish. Dry short aftertaste. Basic witbier.

Yeah! Beer field trip in Köln. Weird aroma! Taste... not much. Very pale yellow, small white head. Very dull.

Bottle at home. Yellowy colour with lumpy foam head. Nice sour nose of citrus. Warm taste of wheat, citrus, lemon, orange fruits and a bit spicy too. Enjoyable!

SHIG (2530) - Osan, SOUTH KOREA - JUN 9, 2007
Bottle: Poured a cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma is wheat and citrus. The taste is citrus but also large tons of a rusty metallic like flavor. I’m not a big witbier drinker but this one is drinkable to me.

Bottle. Large egg-white head that mostly lasted. Very nice display of lacework. Clear sparkling body with a pale yellow colour. Aroma of yeast, coriander, citrus, wheat and banana. Light bodied with a lively carbonation with a somewhat thin texture. Light sweet flavour with hint of acidic. Sweet finish.

Weak head, nice lace, very light straw color. The aroma is full with notes of coriander and the flavour is round and full with notes of honey, coriander and a bit of citrus. It’s charming, easy to drink and yet quite full-bodied.

330 ml bottle. A misty and very pale yellow beer. One finger lasting white head. Light sweetish citrus aroma. Notes of floral hops. Taste is rather bland: hints of dryish malts, yellow fruits and spice. Slim body. Short fruity-acidic finish. A mediocre Wit.
