Looks yellow, and has white had. So typical looks of wheat beer. And smell is similar, has citrus. Taste is a little watery for this type of beer. Aroma has the usual citrus, and strangely damp cellar. I’m not impressed about that.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma wheat and a little bit of oranges. Taste wheat and orange. A refreshing beer and a classic Witbier but not as good as Hoegarden.

250 ml bottle, from Selfridge’s food store, London. ABV is 5%. Hazy straw coloured beer, huge white head. Typical witbier aroma of wheat, citrus and coriander. The flavour is also wheaty and very refreshing, but the citrus and coriander elements are quite moderate. Low bitterness.

[3/6/11] Draught at ZBF 2011. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruit esters, some spiciness (clove, some coriander) and wheat. Sweetish grainy fruity flavor with light spiciness, continues to a slightly drier finish. Light-bodied.

Beer from a store in Ypres. This actually survived a fall from more than a meter and over 4 more stairs, a +1 for that definitely :D. Opaque yellow body, thick white head that went away at a medium pace. Dry grainy nose, some lime. Fine lactic taste, lime again, soft. Close to a Hoegaarden really which is a definite plus from me. Slighty candyish but still kinda refreshing. Not a bad wit!
