Mildly sweet and sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and slightly citrus-fruity taste with a touch of coriander spice; dry and slim, slightly citric finish. 09.I.11

taste: malty/grainy/flowery start, irony like found in blood, bubblegum, wheats, hops, candlewax in the end, aftertaste is lemonade, didn’t enjoy this one !

On tap @ some cafe next to the railway station in Poperinge (can’t remember the name). Served in curvy wit glasses, straw yellow body with a big, foamy white head. Aroma is flowery citric notes with hay and hints of grass. Taste is identical to the aroma, coming in with a fresh and balanced thickness in the mouth. Very drinkable and refreshing, and definitely underrated in my opinion.

Sweet fruit malt hop aroma. Murky yellow colour with fair head and lacing. Fruity malt flavour with stone fruit. Fizzy palate.

Pours a very cloudy ochre to pale beige beer. Creamy solid white head, pretty stable and adhesive. Aroma: citrus peel, spices, yeast, ripe fruits. MF: nice carbon, light body, little watery texture. Taste: citrus, spices, coriander. Aftertaste: citrus, some malts, little metallic. Ok, but nothing exciting.

Pale yellow beer, pretty cloudy, almost no head, just a little rim of little bubbles. Aroma of lactic acid, citrus and some coriander. Round texture, sparkling MF at first but turns flat pretty fast. Taste of yeast, lemon and bread. Some spices too. Aftertaste is citrus with yeast again.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Hazy golden body with a white head that fades. Aroma of honey, biscuit, perfume, flowers, urine, canned pineapple. Taste is baked bread, some oxidation, honeysuckle, orange peel, urine and a bit of metal in the finish. Medium carbonation with a dry finish.
