COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat beer refermented in the bottle. Blond in color with a thick lasting head. Soft wheat flavor, very refreshing.

Has a nice huge head, a little heavy on the carbonation but a good bright yellow-white colour. Smells of citrus and hops, subdued, and not too strong. Taste is heavy on the detergent and perfumes, lots of hops and little else. A little too antiseptic for my liking, needs a little more "wheat" in the flavour to be a real wheat beer, if you know what I mean.

25cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Cloudy straw with a scummy white head; rather musty grainy aroma; very watery, sweet and gingery; warming ginger finish.

Very light yellow colour, hazy, looks like lemonade. Slightly sour, almost no flavour, watery, bitter after taste, reminds of dish washing liquid, boring. Could really use some herbs. Disappointment.

Watery yellow appearance, no head. Aroma of dish-washing liquid and citrus peel. Tastes like water with lemon juice and sugar. Almost no carbonation. Not my thing.

Yellow beer, with medium wite head, quite unstable. Sharp, grainy taste, not very strong. Taste is grainy, watery and faint, not much smell in it overall in fact. Nothing really bad about it, but also nothing good to say about it.

Draught (Brugs Beertje, Brugge) - Hazy pale golden with a white head. Spicy aroma with hints of lemon. Extremely refreshing taste with a slight soapy hint, but mainly featuring notes of lemon and spice. The finish is spicy and has strong strong citrus elements.

Drank it at the brewery itself, from tap and from bottle. Nice belgium white with herbs such as: coriander, lemon. Although 1 kilometre away they brew a much better Belgium white.
