25cl bottle. A cloudy pale yellow beer with a medium white head of short duration. Citrussy wheaty aromas. Taste is lemony with soft spices (coriander) and a refreshing neutral finish. Medium to light bodied with a lively mouthfeel. A decent Wit.

Very cloudy, medium yellow color. Spicy, lemony aroma. Tangy, though nicely balance and fragrant with rich wheat. Very lemony flavor, with rich, tasty wheat. Not overly sweet. Nicely balanced and refreshing, though nothing special.

Bottle 25 cl. Pours a hazy whitish yellow with a medium white head and an aroma of wheat, milk and soft fruits. The taste is a bit grainy with some sour notes, unripe fruits and citrus. Uneventfull beer.

Not great. No nose to speak of, taste is almost non existent until you get an unpleasant metalicy flavour at the back. Looks like a normal belgian wit. I’ve had better...

bottle 25cl. soft yellow colour and a thick white head that stays while drinking the beer. It smells like wheats and fruits (maybe peach) and a bit like vomit as well. The taste is powerless: a light detection of wheats.

Parket (521) - Bruges, BELGIUM - MAY 25, 2009
bottle, nice white head, clear light yellow colour. Smell: coriander, spicy. The beer tastes quit watery with notes of coriander, citrus, wheat and grain. Refreshing witbier. It’s definitely not a bad beer but it misses a lot of power. It’s a too simplistic beer wich I would not recommend. I think It must be drunk very cold.

Pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma of coriander and wheat. Sweetish for a witbier, with a strong coriander flavour
