UPDATED: APR 11, 2010 Small bottle at the brewery tap. An average wheat, brewed, I think, for sake of completeness. But not their strength.

Small head on a cloudy body. It tastes very fresh and thirst-quenching. Wheaty and teasty taste, spicy. It has everything to make a good wheat beer.

250ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Cloudy yellow, small head. Muted wheaty aroma, not the usual spices. Lively carbonation. Simple wheaty taste, mostly grains, touch of yeast. Very subtle spiciness builds up over time - coriander, zesty and lemony. Crisp and refreshing wit.

Tasted at the Beer Passion weekend in Antwerp. Looks like a typical wit in the glass and smells grassy and lemony. Tastes like a decent wit has all of the normal characteristics. A little thin though.

Cloudy yellow/golden colored. Wheat, citric aroma. Flavor is watery, citric and some sourness. Avarage white, a bit too watery.

On tap at the White Horse, 25th August 2008. Cloudy yellow with the expected aroma. This is a simple but effective wheat beer. It does things by the book but does them well.

On tap at De Geuzen. Pale yellow-orange colour, white head. Aroma is smell of decay, nutmeg, bad hops. Flavour is initially fresh, sour and citric, but turns really bad afterwards. Tastes off. Tried it from different kegs, all were of the same horrible quality.

Flaske. Lys strågul witbier. God duft af koriander. Smagen er udmærket men en smule tynd, den får slet ikke udnyttet de 5% ordentligt. Mærkelig tynd mundfylde. Lidt kedelig witbier.
