Sep 1, 2002 Had one of these on tap at the Watson Bros Bistro & Brewery in Cincy last night prior to the Tool show. Clean nose of pine mulch, dried flowers and fruit. Medium clear copper, mostly lasting white creamy head, and good lacing. Good balance, low acidity and good depth. The floral finish is nice. Medium soft and smooth body with a dry feel to the finish. Nice brew, nice bistro.

Dec 13, 2002 Light brown. Hoppy aroma. Very bitter almost unbalanced, but still drinkable. It kind of keeps me wanting more. Mildly hopped and pretty good.
