Watson Brothers Steamboat Stout

Had one of these on tap at Watson Bros Bistro & Brewery last night in Cincy prior to the Tool show. Nose of heavy chocolate and dried fruit. Dark black with a creamy tan head that is fully lasting with great lacing. Flowery and fruity sweet start and finish. Very low acidity. Dry, soft, full body. The best offering I sampled here.

Intersting beer (sampled off tap at Watson Brothers Brewing in Blue Ash Ohio). Very strong coffee flavors up front that leads into a sweet creamyness. The taste gets to be a bit much towards the end, almost a cloying sweetness, but its an interesting effort.
