The APA is a high fermentation beer that leads caramelized malt and hops imported American critics, such as Cascade, Citra and Amaril. The wastewater is treated to enhance the aroma and bitterness of the hops, and leave the beer drier.

Nice and fruity hops aroma, shining presence of bready and nutty malt; effervescent texture; a good hop-fix in Brazil with a nice and funky logo on the bottle. that’s about it.

Golden with a persistent white head. Aroma is caramel, honey, molasses, citric, herbal and floral notes. Taste is citric, resinous, low maltiness, kinda watery. Bitter aftertaste. A little unbalanced but yet refreshing APA.

Reminds me a bit of an irish pale. Skunky and grassy in a good way, has intense hops, caramel, bitterness. Great drinkability. Ends coppery and slightly dry. I like this.

25cl bottle @ the 7th Shrewsbury Bottle Share, Aug 14, thanks to Skids. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a herbal aroma. Has a strange herbal skunkiness to this and bizarre hoppiness. Very light tasting but its herbal character is too off-putting.

310ml bottle at the August meeting of the Shrewsbury bottle share group: one of three beers we had from this brewery, cheers Gareth for bring them back from the World Cup. Light amber body with a thin white covering. Semi-sweet for an APA in my opinion, not that I have had many. Decent enough blend but didn’t have a hop bite or strong flavour in any way. Nothing wrong with it, safe and undemanding in it’s make up.

Birra esotica ma dal carattere non eclatante, molto maltata e dolce e molto poco amara. Discreta.

Bottled 310ml. -from Mercado de Ponta Negra, Natal. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, caramel and hops in the nose. Sweetish malty, fruity hoppy and caramel with mild bitterish finish. Light but pretty sweet APA.

Bottle at Delerium Cafe in Rio de Janeiro. Light amber, off white head. Caramel malts and tropical fruit hops, moderate bitterness. Sweeter malts than their IPA, and less bitterness (in accordance with the style I suppose).
