COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The APA is a high fermentation beer that leads caramelized malt and hops imported American critics, such as Cascade, Citra and Amaril. The wastewater is treated to enhance the aroma and bitterness of the hops, and leave the beer drier.

Bottle at Delerium Cafe in Rio de Janeiro. Light amber, off white head. Caramel malts and tropical fruit hops, moderate bitterness. Sweeter malts than their IPA, and less bitterness (in accordance with the style I suppose).

On bottle at Empório Alto dos Pinheiros - EAP, Sao Paulo 24 june 2014. BB date sept 2014. Copper colored, ok foam- sediments. Aromas of malt, caramel, vanilla and some hops. My immediate though was that it was a light double IPA, but I guess ( witm more experience later) taht most apas ipas are more malty in Brazil. Medium body & complexity. SOme sweetness, ok balance. Enjoyable

Nice drinkability. Balanced, light body. You can smell a little bit hop. Biterness is light to medium.

Cerveja nacional feita com lúpulos cítricos americanos. Aroma frutado cítrico, sabor torrado pouco persistente. Alc. 5,2%. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Formação média de espuma. Cor bronze. É uma Pale Ale com um sabor a mais de lúpulo, mas não chega a ter o amargor de uma IPA. Para quem ainda está acostumando ou não gosta do amargor dos lúpulos, é uma ótima pedida. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma cítrico com notas de caramelo. Aparęncia levemente turva e sabor equilibrado. Amargor sensacional, leve e muito bem balanceado. No paladar percebe-se a beleza do lúpulo americano. No geral, impressionado com essa APA.

Bottle, 31cl - Semi hazy orange beer with a large frothy head. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, citrus, pineapple and tropical fruit. Flavor is malty with notes of peaches, caramel, toffee and citrus. Refreshing and easy to drink but still has to improve somewhat.

Not much in the way of aromatic hops for an APA. Very hoppy without the balance of sweetness. A good beer but nothing special. Rated by BrewTom

Bottle from off licence, Copacabana, Rio. Clear dark gold pour with a smallish white head. Aroma and flavour was grassy hop, caramel malts and a little citrus Lingering bitter finish. Quite light and very drinkable. Enjoyed it. Head and shoulders above most of the beer you come across in Brazil.
