The Cream Porter Ale is a beer, that is, high fermentation. It takes in revenue a selection of roasted and caramel malts, and oats, English hops, English Ale yeast and water.

Bottled 310ml. -from Mercado de Ponta Negra, Natal. Almost black coloured, medium sized creamy brownish head, chocolate and touch of metal in the nose. Light roasted malt, milk chocolate and some licorice with notes of caramel and grain. Touch of alcohol in the finish. Not so bad but really nothing special here.

This one doesn’t smell very good but it looks nice. A bit more roasty than sweet. It’s not that tasty. The worst I’ve had from WAy.

12 ounce bottle purchased at Mercado de Ponta Negra. The aroma is quite tinny and metallic. Light roasted notes. Not so good. Rather transparent mahogany body with a medium, fairly strong, khaki colored head present. Starts with a weird, almost astringent burnt ashiness. Tastes like the overcooked the black patent malts on this. After this, it has a little nuttiness and is mostly watery. Not so great.

Bottle, 31cl - opaque dark brown beer with a large beige head. Aroma is malty with notes of soy sauce, marmite, seaweed and chocolate. Flavor is malty with notes of cappuccino, chocolate, spices and oats. Really unique.

Dark pour, nice amount of carbonation and a strong vanilla aroma. There’s a lot of flavor in this porter. Vanilla is predominate, some cocoa, some chocolate, a bit of roasted malt. I may have to go so far to say that this is the best micro that I’ve had in Brazil. Woah. Nice job Way Beer brewers - keep it up and rock the Brazilian lager market!
