Tap @ CBC 2013. The pour’s deep brown with a small head. The aroma’s tart fruits, lychee, plums and peaches. Quite jammy. The taste is meaty plums, cocoa, light citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, the flavors seem quite incongruous, but work well together. Cool.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Interesting stuff. Burnt wood, faint tangy dark berries. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly oily, too. Finishes with dark fruits, some cocoa, moderate roasted malts. Pretty nice stuff overall.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Deep dark brown in color with a small quickly side sticking beige top. A bit of roastiness once aroma, traces of licorice, something really spicy almost herbal. Hard to describe. It has a really light mouthfeel this and the carbonation is soft. Some coffee, light chocolate and again something herbal in the taste. A sour hint makes an appearance in the finish and aftertaste. Easy to drink. Not bad. 03.05.2013

On tap at CBC, pours a near-black with a small beige head. Aroma of woody roasted malt upfront, and loads of dark blackberries. Flavour of dry blackberries, some toasted malt in the background, and soft woody notes. Pretty simple impie stout, with not much depth. Decent stuff, but leaves much to be desired.
