COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A perfect marriage of the gutsy hoppy character of an IPA with the complex malty backbone of a red ale. Ruby red in colour with a thick off-white head, perfectly balanced combination of hops and rich European malt with a wallop of hop flavour and aroma character from American and Australian hops. First batch at 5.4%, subsequent batches at 5%.

Bottle pours near opaque ruby amber with big resilient off white head. Aromas of citrus, mandarins, grass atop of a grainy lightly sweet toasted malts. Medium light body, medium carbonation, malts giving a certain toasty character balanced with a rounded hop flavor.

Bottle at fletchfighters tasting. Thanks guys! Pours a dark red with a light brown head. Aroma is light malt, caramel, toffee, tropical fruits, grassy notes and hops. Taste is medium sweet leading to a hoppy finish. Really like this one.

330 ml bottle Dark crimson red color, half finger of light brown head. No real with this. Good head retention. Slightly plastic nose with lots of fresh cut grass notes. Light toffee backbone. Well balanced between toffee, grass, and passion fruit notes in the taste. Not bitter at all and the malt really stands out when it gets to the palate. Medium bodied and medium carbonation. Good session beer but not real exciting. Another entry into the amber ale category. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
