on tap @ Weasel Boy / Zanesville OH --- Hazy light golden amber color, white head, streamers of lace. Taste is malt and a little wheat that is joined by fizz and mild generic hops on the swallow, drifting to a smooth medium finish. If there is mango, it is mixed in with the malt and wheat. Hard to tell.

Pour on tap at GABF, hazy golden slight orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange, pear, some slight vanilla into a hint of mango, slight spice, yeasty notes with a touch of bread. Taste was a mix of mango, orange, slight yeast, touch of spice, some dough, yeast with a hint of grain, finishing sweet.

Sample at GABF 10/13/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Pours a hazy straw-gold color with a medium white head and spotty lacing. Fruity mango in the nose. Light[bodied with flavors of mango, wheat and pale malt. The finish is sweet with a mango aftertaste. Decent overall, and awesome that I flew to Denver to check off one of the few Weasel Boy beers I haven’t tried yet.

GABF. Hazy gold. Aroma of mangos, cream of wheat, crackers, yeast. Flavor has more wheat and yeast than mango. Mango is lighter on the tongue than in the nose.

I tried this fine wheat, I was very plesentlay surprised with thus full body flavor. I was a little surprised at the plesent aroma of through mangos while sipping the drink. Not much of an aftertast always a plus. Im not much for fruit beers and wheat. However, this was well worth the time and taste. Loved it one of my favorites.

Draft sample. Poured hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate sweet tropical fruit aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Moderate complex bittersweet flavor with a moderate sweet finish of medium duration. This sweet beer met my expectations.

Sample on tap at Ohio Brew Week. Served in a plastic cup. Thin white head. Little white lace. Bubbles on the side of the glass. Looks like an amber color. Incredible mango aroma! Like a mango smoothie. Nice zesty sweet taste. Light crisp smooth carbonation, good tart mango aftertaste. Really good. Very drinkable.

Poured on draft. Translucent gold with a head that doesn’t stick around. Aroma is loaded with freshly sliced mango and very little in the way of the base beer. I’ll take that as a good thing. The mango really shines in this beer and it does so without being cloyingly sweet. Taste is fresh fruity sweetness. Really liked this one.
