Commercial Description: White Weasel is an American-style wheat beer that is brewed with a 50/50 blend of malted wheat and malted barley. It has a light to medium body, low bitterness and a refreshing citrus quality. The high quantity of wheat used can cause a slight cloudiness in this beer. This beer can be served with a lemon wedge on the glass.
Had on tap at Brews in Granville. Poured a cloudy dark golden color. Sweet smell of citrus and malts. Taste was light citrus, malts, and just a hint of spice on the finish. This was actually a pretty decent basic wheat beer. Very nice attempt by this new Ohio brewer and I anxiously await their next release!
