COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wicked and Dangerously drinkable, this brew is made with Belgian pilsner malt, Canadian wheat malt, American corn and flaked Oats, true Belgian candy sugar, a variety of European Noble Hops including Saaz. No Fruit or Spices are used in this Brew! It’s all the Yeast’s Flavor Contributions.

on tap @ Wedge Brewing --- Cloudy dirty gold, thin rim head, no lace. Taste is fizzy caramel malt that adds a good dose of coriander and orange in the palate, moving to a lightly hopped finish. Really good - like Hoegaarden on steroids. Recommended.

On tap. Pours a hazy pale gold with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and light fruit with a decent Belgian spice note coming through. Flavor is very perfumey with light fruits and sweet grains underlying.

Tap at the brewery. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is biscuit and honey malt, pear and apple esters, candi sugar, farmhouse yeast esters. Flavor is crisp malt, light hops and bitterness, huge fruity esters and a sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation.

On tap @ Wedge. Pours a murky dark orange appearance with little head. A lot of banana and spice in the nose. A bit tangy. Tangerine, grapefruity flavor. Some bread. Some booze. OK.

Draft to taster at Appalachian Vintner. Looks good; a mostly transparent gold with white lacing. Smells solid; Belgian yeast and relates spices with a fairly sweet backbone. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

Great gobbly. This smells and tastes like banana bread in a glass. Barely there lclear light yellow in the glass! No head and no lacing. I freaking love banana bread. Taste and smell are derived from yeast alone according to Geoff at Appalachian Vintner. Wow! Good sh!t right here !

Draft at brewpub. Pours golden with a white head. A bit of fruit on the nose. A bit of lime in the tongue. There’s also a slight Belgian yeast thing. Finishes clean. Hides its alcohol well. Closer to an Abbey triple than anything Ellen solid but not amazing.

Draft pour cloudy amber. Nose of floral ester and spice. Taste of the same with initial sweetness and hot alcohol.

Pours a hazy golden orange on tap with thin off-white head that leaves light lacing on the way down. Aroma of belgian yeast, spicy hops, and a hint of fruity esters. Taste is much more of the esters, with the spices coming out more as the beer warms. Really easy to drink and crisp on the mouth, dangerous when the batch I had was coming in around 10.8% instead of 9%.
