COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our special lager for the season. Golden color, a bit strong and more hoppy than traditional Hellesbock. Like all our beers, we obtain our ingredients from the country which the style originated. This lager is rich and sophisticated.

Serving: Draft at the brewery. It pours a yellow orange color. Slightly citrusy in the nose. Fruity, candy like taste. Clean finish. A little on the sweet side. Medium bodied with lower carbonation. Not half bad.

Cloudy yellow-orange with minimal lacing. Medium-plus aroma smells rich and smooth-bread, grain and nuts. The palate is very well balanced with more bread dough, nuts and orchard fruits. A Really nice all-around beer.

Really fine example of the style. Lightly floral in aroma, a little sweet in taste with some surprising hop bitterness. Great for warm weather.

On tap, Barley’s, Asheville. Ornage, thin white head. Toasty, bready, grapey aroma. Flavor is winey and a bit medcinal. Some corny notes, too. Pretty sraight forward.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a medium gold color with a tall white head. We’ve got a grainy cereal aroma on this one. It’s malt forward with low levels of hops. The flavor reflects this, it’s crisp and light, though without any off flavors. The carbonation is average. This is a decent, straightforward lager with suggestions of white corn, a metallic twang, and cereal.
