3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draught at the brewer, it pours a clear straw with a soapy suds head that leaves light window-wash lacing. The nose is of hay, citrus and barnyard, reminiscent of a good saison. Lemon, sourgrains, pils malt, lemongrass and hay in the mouth, finishing nice and grassy. The body is round and well-integrated with an easy drinking substantial palate. Great pils offering.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: Faintly hazed, pale straw-hued body with a light, tight, white head.
Smell: A nose of German pilsner malt along with notes hinting of spice, zesty dried herbs, and even lemon.
Taste: Sturdy base of pils malt, slightly tangy, lightly sweet and with a small hint of firm graininess. Floral, spicy herbaceousness and a touch of dry lemon from the Noble hops. Modestly bitter. Finishes dry and crisp with a light, lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Drinkability: A simple, though nicely constructed and well-balanced pilsner from Wedge.

4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Tap @ Wedge Brewing on Movie Night. Clear bright golden color. Aroma of pale malts, solid hops, a nice touch of bread. First sip, WOW. This is a mouthful! Explosion of hops. Every characteristic of a Pilsener is amplified in the glass. Huge hops bite, bold malt body, a touch of fruit. A simple Lager is a meal in a glass. Huge. Very well balanced, very filling, full flavored, medium bodied. Finishes with a grassy, peppery hop bite. Wow.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pint at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold with a small white head. The aroma has adequate wooden bitterness with hints of crackers and is even lightly fruity. The flavor is juicy, but zesty enough to hold my interest. It tastes almost like an ale with virtually no vegetal flavor and a sweeter, more fruity finish. A fair amount of zesty, grassy, woody hops spice up things. Not a bad lighter beer for the summer.

Not my favorite style but for the style, I found it clean and drinkable. Would be a great choice in hot weather.
