Draft in a flight at the brewpub. Poured a slightly cloudy golden color. I found it a tad sweet, but it is a Belgian style and the sweetness was muted for what I expected.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 tmongoose (661) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - SEP 6, 2011
on tap at the wedge. cloudy yellow color with minimal head. orange overtones and light. the flavors of mild spice and orange on a hot day make this a deal at $3.50/pint one of my go to beers there love it. decent example of a wit without the strong of the spice.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 DiarmaidBHK (2268) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 26, 2011
pours cloudy white with a slight orange tint from tap. Nice orange peel on the nose. Bigger notes of orange on the tongue. Has a thin mouthfeel and dry finish. Nice example of style.
3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 aracauna (2855) - Georgia, USA - JUN 7, 2011
Really amazing aroma. Great spicing. The flavor isn’t bad, but it’s drier than I would have expected.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 ChainGangGuy (4116) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - OCT 10, 2010
I’ll say one thing about wedge: They’ll keep you guessing! RB has the ABV listed at 4.8%, the printed menu at the brewery listing a slightly lower 4.6%, the chalkboard at the brewery displaying a nearby 4.9%, and the official website billing it at 5.1% (with BA showing 5.3%).
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazed, pale daffodil-colored body with a finely-textured, white head.
Smell: Gentle, easy, breezey whiff of maltiness accompanied by a note of citrus and a sharp, distinct scent of fresh coriander.
Taste: Fusion of pilsener and wheat malts with a soft tanginess and slight, sweet dusting of powdered sugar. A citrusy fruitiness of lemon as well as incoming sweet orange rind. Very minor bitterness. As with the nose, there’s still a strapping helping of spicy coriander. Reasonably drying finish with a lingering hint of that coriander.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Drinkability: A solid, tasty witbier regardless of where that pesky, fluctuating ABV percentage may fall.
4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 unclemattie (3703) - Georgia, USA - AUG 28, 2010
Tap @ Wedge Brewing on Movie Night. Hazy golden color. Aroma of fruity coriander. Lots of coriander. some orange zest, some bread. Lots of fruity pebbles. Flavor is dry wheat, fruity pebbles cereal and bread. Finishes with a citrus zest. What a mouthful each sip is. This is another Wedge Brewing accomplishment that takes a style to perfection and then amplifies all of the characteristic of the style to its flavor intensities.
3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 DrinkEmUpJones (935) - Georgia, USA - AUG 8, 2010
Cloudy lemon-yellow with light white lacing; light nose of orange and other citrus fruits. The palate is light and refreshing though low on wheat; slightly "slick" with lots of orange and lemon flavors. Good summer refresher.
