Amber in color, off white head. Biscuity malts, some lighter hops, a little toasty as well. A little to thin I thought, but easy to drink. Decent.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2006 A good session beer. Healty carbonation with a large head. Nice caramel aroma. Copper in the mouth with caramel malt and fruit hues. Dry, thin finish. Not extremely complex, but decent for Oktoberfest!

Pours a burnished copper with a strong tan head. Lacing is present, but not sticky. Toasty and earthy, this brew is malt forward with a slight sweetness and dry finish. The aroma is very tea-like. There is a strong spiciness to the beer, leaving a nice tingling sensation on the tongue. This can likely be attriubted to the yeast, as Weeping Radish is a wholly Reinhiesgebot brewery and does not add adjucts. Bittering hops rise towards the end.

On draft at the brewery restaurant. Pours clear amber with a white head. Sweet malt backbone. Not much else.

Just an average beer. Not much of anything, just a slight bitter taste.

Had this one on draught in Manteo, North Carolina. Way overrated. Medium reddish brown pour with a filmy head and very little nose, cidery and somewhat dry but balanced. Not terrible, but not good either.

Bottle. Amber colored with fairly rapidly diminishing white head. Has malty aroma, with a peculiar odor--some kind of weird sweet smell. Flavor is malty and saccharin. Too sweet. Makes you mouth draw up. Malt flavors are unbalanced and this could definitely use more hops for a balance. Oh well, it is drinkable, and tastes better as you get used to the sweetness.

lamas (1204) - Washington DC, USA - APR 21, 2005
Bottle. Best before date: 06/05. Different label than that in the picture. Copper pour with thick and fluffy light-tan head. Slightly spicy, sweet and crispy aroma. Touches of caramel and some spices in the taste. Mellow sweetness with a bit of bitterness at the end. Light to medium-bodied. Fairly forgettable.

coolpop (1202) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - MAY 24, 2010
Draft. Pours a dark orangey amber with a medium off white head. Aroma and flavor are malty (caramel with some darker malt) with a floral, citrus hoppy nose. Full mouthfeel. Easy drinking but fairly tasty.

Slightly vinegar smell. Sweet and creamy. Slightly cloudly amber orange liquid fizzy head. First taste very carmelly, with an acrid almost vinegary fruit hint. Whole experience similar to drinking syrup flavored with raspberry candies.
