Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Distinctive toasted grainy taste, also nutty with faint notes of honey; medium-dry, sweet and slightly bitter, malt-accented finish. Well-crafted Landbier (17.04.07).

Initial flavor is moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

May 6, 2007 Bottle. Clear golden colour with a weak head. Malty and grassy aroma. Also little grassy and caramel flavour with a quite bitter finish.

Apr 19, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Sweetish aroma of caramel and some flowers. Medium body with very sweet caramel malt and then a rather odd, underlying ashy edge. Very soft mouthfeel. No bitterness. 090407
