UPDATED: APR 3, 2013 New rating: It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, light meat, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of slightly meaty yeast, but not annoyingly, fruit and wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy. Old rating 3.3 It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of butter, yeast, meat and light fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, butter, fruit, light meat and wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy. I have one more bottle of this - so I look forward to re-rating this, as it seems to be a bit off...

(bottle) Cloudy, golden to light-amber colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruit-accented aroma with notes of cassis and citrus, accompanied by a moderate wheat-character, as well as hints of cloves and vanilla. Mildly sour-fruity flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasant and well-matured carbonation. Aromatic fruity flavours combined with present wheaty notes, hints of cara-malt and a delicately phenolic spicy touch; rather dry and sour-fruity finish with a mildly tartness and phenolic spices in the aftertaste. Recommended. 07.I.12

Talking Dog for Sale-$10
A man walks by a house that has a dog tied up outside and a sign that reads “Talking Dog for Sale-$10.”
“What’s your story?” the man asks.
“Well,” the mutt says, “when my owner discovered I could speak, he signed me up with the CIA, which flew me all over the world on eavesdropping missions. I took down a lot of high-profile targets, won medals and retired out here in the country”.
Amazed, the man goes inside and asks the owner why he wants only $10 for this remarkable animal.
“Because he’s a liar,” the owner says. “He didn’t do any of that shit.”

(Bottled) Yellow-orange color with a medium, white and tight head. Slightly sweet, very fruity, somewhat yeasty aroma. Semi-dry, moderately fruity flavor. Quite carbonated, medium-bodied, slightly stingy, but overall smooth palate. A very decent weizen.
