A full rich bodied, hoppy, seasonal lager. Especially brewed for the Festbier season. This beer truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating. Deep gold color, great mouthfeel and lots of flavor. Prost!

16.9oz Bottle. The pour was a light golden yellow with a small (less than 1 finger) white fizzy head that quickly receded down to a very small collar and had poor spotty lacing. The aroma was of a grain malt, herbal hops and a sweaty yeast with a light hint of caramel along with a mild fruity ester. The taste was mildly malty with a light caramel sweetness and a strong grainy feel throughout, with the finish having a very light bitterness and a slight medicinal presence at the end. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow with a grainy bitter taste left behind to fade into the background very slowly. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a mild carbonation. Overall this was a brew that did not offer up much flavor or anything else for that matter. Although it did have a good smooth drinkability and a very light feel, which would allow you to drink a few without feeling blotted...

Well rate beer took me to this alias beer but my bottle clearly says oktoberfest. Aroma smell of caramelized malt with a good sweetness. The color is on the pale golden side where most beers of this style I have seen are towards the amber orange side. The taste those is delicious light on the hops with a good sweet malt and with a slight aftertaste I’m used to having in a pils. Overall very good and very sessionable.

Bottle. Dark gold. Corn, pilsner malt, a little honey, spiced yeast, high carb, sweet with a bite, more hops than expected. Ok buy, not my thing ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Pours clear dark gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is corn and Pils malt, earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is crisp malt, light honey character, medium hops and bitterness with a clean lager character and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Tasted from the tap the 12/09/2014. Golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of malts, cereals, grain and herbal. Taste has some honey but with the predominance of grain. Easy to drink and almost no aftertaste. Average carbonation and light to medium body. Next one please!

330 ml bottle into dimpled mug, bottled on 4/16/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear bright gold color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and clean mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice pale Oktoberfest style. All around good balance and robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottled. I am not much of a German helles fan and this tastes a lot like a helles with more hops than usual for a helles. Clear golden color, head vanished quickly. Floral or herbal aroma of hops and a bit fruity. Taste is sweet malt and minor bitter hops with a strong alcohol presence in the finish. Drinkable but like I said not my glass of beer.

Bottle into lager glass, faintest amber-hued golden color with white head. Aroma of bread, grain, some nuttiness and faint hop note. Taste adds notes of honey, light toast and faint grass hop bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp with sweet clean finish. Not the usual brown roasty Octoberfests but quite nice.

Much lighter appearance than I thought I was going to get. Pleasantly surprised great Oktoberfest taste with a lighter after taste than most. Feels much more drinkable than most ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice aroma of noble hops and pils malt. Flavor: very mild. Not much of the nuttier, toastier notes I’m used to for Oktos/Märzens. Slightly grassier and hoppier than normal for the style, though not enough to be a standard pils. Plenty of carbonation. A decent, drinkable light beer, just not a standout or great representative of the style.

Clear golden with huge frothy, white head. A ton of carbonation with very little lacing. Aroma is very grainy and earthy with a bit of honey and some hops. Taste is something interesting. A little bit of honey and malt with a very dominant grainy/earthy flavor followed by a decent hop presence.
