COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Det bästa på veteölsmarknaden. En släckare i sommarvarmen. Fruktig och syrlig med lagom sötma.

12 fl. oz. bottle marked 8461. The pour is a cloudy pale yellow with an overabundance of foamy creamy head. It takes some time to settle back. The aroma is bursting with banana, clove, pale malts, and yeast. It is very enticing. The body is light and pleasant. There is a slight citrus zing on the taste, which is also of wheat and spices. The finish is clean and refreshing. This one is one of the best Hefe-Weissbiers out there.

Good flavor for a hefe. Does not appeal to the hop heads but if you appreciate a sharp bite to your malt thus hefe is the best one around

12 ounce bottle purchased over a year ago at Total Wine in Las Vegas ($1.99). Pours a cloudy golden-straw color with great big puffy white head. Aroma of slightly under ripe banana, wheat bread, a bit of citrus, and spice (clove?). Flavor of banana, vanilla, bready malts, some caramel, honey, and spice. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Not particularly exciting but exceedingly drinkable. (1964, 703)

Quite a yeasty aroma, a little too much. Cloudy appearance made me wonder if it had gone bad. The taste was also a little odd, not the best after taste, though I was able to endure it. Not my kind of beer, at all. You may love it, seemed to be of high quality, just not for me.

From the bottle so I cannot comment on the appearance. Aroma is clean banana and slight clove over a crisp and dry malt backbone. Taste is thirst quenching and highly drinkable with the banana/clove up front and a clean malt backbone that include some slightly sweet/caramel flavors. I don’t think this bottle is even that fresh and this beer is drinking mighty fine. Excellent beer.

Fresh scent of yeast with floral hops. Very fruity taste with flavors of yeast, wheat, spices, citrus and some banana. A very good Hefeweizen, but unfortunately a bit short in the taste.

Wonderfully refreshing weiss. Pours hazy golden, with a fairly tall and thick white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, some bread, spices and fruit. Taste is sweetish (banana still clearly present), with a subtle and nuanced bitterness. Body is creamy and medium full, with a decent bit of carbonation. Not overly long finish.
