Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Aroma perfeito, cor adequada ao estilo, suficiente levedo para se sentir no último gole, mas não tanto que sobre para fazer pão, na quantidade exata, paladar com um "citrus" no fundo , dando o toque certo de uma perfeita Heffeweiben.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow with a thick foamy head. Good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is mostly bready and yeasty with cloves, spices and banana esters. Flavor is more fruity than expected with bread, banana esters and some spices. Medium body. A good heffeweizen.

Wow was this thing amazing. So incredibly crisp and bright, like citrus in hoppy beers without the hop acidity. Lots of banana and cloves everywhere, some corriander and lots of yeast, but not bready. Great and clean and crisp and vibrant. Not a hefe fan but this one was great.

500 mL bottle. Pour is hazed golden tending toward amber with a large white head. Strong clove aroma with banana and bubble gum. Flavors of wheat, cloves, mild bubble gum, spices, and a slight touch of apple. These flavors are balanced perfectly to create a unique and very tasty profile overall. Great hefe.

Bottle, poured out in a new, unsused glass. Maybe that’s why there’s not too much head. Cloudy look. Fresh aroma, a sparkling taste, good beer

Bottle into a weizen glass. Pours a cloudy yellow with a very impressive head. Took me a few min to pour all of it into the glass. Mellow bready aroma with very slight notes of clove and spice. Taste is very mild and bready. A nice hefe.
