COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Bottle. Amber loveliness mit a thick head. Tres smooth and crisp. Feels like silk. (Well, actually no it doesn’t - it feels like beer. That was just a simile). Taste is understated but a nice subtle balance of tangy citrus and sweet malt. Superb, palate-cleansing example of the style. Jon likes this.

Bardzo dobry weizen. Co prawda aromat nie porywa, a piana nikła, ale nadrabia w smaku. Polecam!

es una rubia, pero rubia nublada con un aroma como de madera, y luego el sabor algo frutal

lightly-clouded slightly dark yellow, one inch of eggshell-colored fuzzy foam that fades moderate-to-fast to a ring. Aroma of semi-sweet scone, some banana, banana bread, hay and brush, and a bit of raw sugar and cookie dough. Body is light, soft, watery, and frothy. No burn, but substantial carbonation. Flavor is a lemony, wheat tart bread with less sweetness and banana than the aroma would suggest. Light, grassy hops, no noticeable bitterness. Hay as it warms. A very nice hefe with an outstanding aroma.

Drink cold: 10-12°C Eye: pours a dull golden to amber, honey-ish color with a big rather quickly dissipating head with lively carbonation. Nose: ripe banana, floral/frutiy notes, fir, yeast, honey Mouth: honey, wheat, bread, honey/honeydew Palate: red clover/honeydew, fir, wheat, sour bread/dough, barley, hops Overall: very nice and also complex Weizen. Not too sweet, not too malty or bitter, round. Smell/Nose almost blew me away. So sweet (only in the nose) but complex at the same time. taste/mouth unfortunately can’t keep up though. High drinkability with a persistent tendency to one more ;-) i can only recommend this one

The head is good, the body blond cloudy. It smells aromatic-yeasty, fruity, melon-creamy,. Taste is refreshing, fruity, fresh fruity melon, bit peach, bit sweet, -hoppy, wheatmalty. Good.

Woaah, banana, clove, apricot, thyme and sex beer anybody? Well step right up ale and brew perverts. Its got the haze, the smell, the glorious mouth full of childhood sweets and tastes like something out of all known planetary systems. It’s also got the ridiculously unpronounceable german name which I think is this: vee-hin-ess-sta-fan. If you’ve got a beer with 13 bloody letters in it, you better brew a good one. Its just lovely, lovely, lovely. Creamy with no bitterness, hop hunters chill out you crazy bean lickers, have a lovely breakfast beer and rip up a boiled liver sausage to go with it. Gggrrrrr, tonight I’m German.

of all the German "HefeWeisse" beers i ever tasted, this one is closest to perfection. An absolute top scorer.

Heerlijke weizen!
