COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Pours a very pale hazy gold with a thick rocky ivory head. Lots of fine lace. Smell is spicy (cloves) and fruity (ripe banana). Lightly peppery Smooth and creamy in the mouth. Lightly sour wheat malt. Ripe banana and spicy clove and underlying pepper. Some lemon flavor underneath, lemon rind. Crisp, dry finish. An easy drinker for the hot Georgia summer. If it’s not my new favorite hefeweisse, it’s in the top three.

Bottle sainsbury ashford Pours and looks like a wheat beer with hazy golden body and white head. Some yeast, banana, citrus on nose. Not the best wheat beer in the world but perfectly acceptable

Poured a cloudy golden color with a small rather well-maintained creamy head. Aroma was very yeasty with some wheat. Flavor had some banana & spices.. along with some wheat & grass. Light-to-medium bodied, and a smooth hoppy finish.

poured a hazy golden color with sizable white head. highly carbonated giving it a seltzer water flavor. flavors included citrus and banana - almost a smoothish flavor as well as some clove like spice. seemed to be lacking something. decent.

Who knew hot dog juice could taste so good? This is the one beer where my wife has to make apologies and not me. I don’t get this beer and she swears by it. Taste funky to me. The ONLY thing that keeps the rating high is that NOTHING tastes like this. She just got a sixer of it so it’s freah and it tastes like it always does. Hot dog watery. I’ll concede it still tastes "good" but then I like hot dogs. Just not something I could drink a lot of.

UPDATED: APR 17, 2008 Cloudy yellow-gold colour with thick white head. Sweet banana and clove aroma with hints of other fruity aromas as well. A kiss of citrus and toast. Lightly smokey phenols with a nice wheaty full mouthfeel. Fresh and very tasty.
