Taste is bready, spicey, some bitter earthy hops.
Mouthfeel is very good and highly sessionable.
Very nice Hefe. Decent value at $2.99 US for a little over one pint. Well recommended. tarheels86 (729), Washington DC, USA

Fairly high carbonation. Nose of yeast, bananas, orange peel, lemon zest- standard wheat beer. Taste brings out some cloves and citrus tartness. Fairly light bodied but excellent. Nice dry finish. Best hefeweizen I have had. nramsburg (200), New York, New York, USA

Pours to a light yellow-ish orange with a sizable, 2 finger head. Good amount of carbonation. Lots of yeast and some citrus and banana on the nose.
The aroma gives a strong hint to the flavor, with a good deal of citrus coming through right after a yeasty first taste. A bit of clove, as other reviewers have suggested. Coriander as well.
Smooth finish, very clean. A strong example of the style. altacyr (144), Campinas, Brazil

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow color with a thick, rocky white head that diminished slowly to a thick layer. Aroma of lemons, banana, wheat, clove, and some light yeastiness. Tart, crisp entry with some lemon and wheat transitions into a soft banana and clove spiciness, followed by soft apricot paired with some doughy yeast. Crisp finish. Low carbonation, but the wheat provides a nice bite to complement the flavor. Very nice, refreshing beer. lithy (1650), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Strong yeasty clove spice aroma and bananas. Taste is smooth and sweet bubblegum, wheaty body, pear and bananas.
