4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Gold, clear yellow, white long lasting head, thick and tasty. Smells like rum from barrels, vanilla at first and wheat and fruits later. Sweetness of grains, bitterness of yeast.
I really enjoyed in this one.

Oh my god, I loved this beer. Sometimes it's good to taste a hefeweizen the way it is supposed to be.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours a slightly hazy medium amber with thick head and moderate lacing; smell is of umami, bananas, cloves, fruity pebbles; taste is alternatively umami, like soy sauce and fruity, with bananas and cloves coming through. There is a bready, wheaty backbone that ties the flavors together. Very smooth and low in bitterness, this beer is definitely on the sweet side. Mouthfeel is thick and chewy. Overall, the archetypal hefeweizen; this is the standard all other wheat beers are to be judged by.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Pours a pale yellow with just over a finger of white head which fades gradually.
Aroma: Banana, yeast, bit of malt and hint of hops.
Flavours: Banana, hops, yeast, baking flower, cloves and a hint of citrus.
Mouthfeel: This beer has an incredibly smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
Overall: A nice Hefeweizen although I didn’t go quite as crazy for it as everyone else. The banana and yeast notes are the most pronounced components with the aroma and flavour and I really liked this aspect.

Oh, gracious this is tasty. Banana and yeast aroma, perfect sour sweetness... The platonic ideal of a Weiss beer. Cloudy amber pour and a light head. Softly carbonated and a malt-y, yeastiness that makes me sigh.
