Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

50cl bottle from Supermarket. One of the more favoured hefe-weissbier. A fresh, fruity wheat beer which is very refreshing.

(Bottle) Bours golden cloudy with a big head. Aroma is yeasty with some citrus notes. Flavour is wheaty with yeast esters. A very refreshing and drinkable hefeweizen, really nice (I think this was a rather fresh bottle)

On tap at Newport Pizza and Ale house. Aroma is yeasty with esters of banana and coriander. Color is a hazy orange yellow with very good carbonation and a big thick head. Taste is light and fruity. Starting with medium body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish comes on with a fruity yeast flavor and a mellow citrus taste then ends with a faint banana and coriander flavor and a gentle bitterness. After taste is clean with the citrus taste riding out the longest. This is one of the best Hefeweizens I nave ever had.

50 cl bottle. Dim amber/orange with plenty of white lathing head. Citrus and banana in aroma, some bread as well behind that typical wheat beer aroma. Sweet taste with banana and bread. A suitable acidity and a thick mouthfeel.

Taste 7/8 Bottle 3078. Tasted in a weihenstephaner glass (ohhlala). Looks: Cloudy wheat in a golden body. Thick white head. Aroma: Wheat, yeasty and sweet. Taste: Smooth, light bodied. Effercescent and very drinkable. A nice mild hops bite in the finish.

12 oz bottle. I would prefer to get the half liter bottles of this, if I could. Cloudy, blond with billowy, ample head. Lots of carbonation, lots of flavor- sour banana. tart, refreshing. Complex, forward yeast flavor. Must compare this to some local wheat beers.

Wheat beers are my favorite, and this is by far the best sample I’ve gotten. I have zero clue why it took me so long to try. Absolutely brilliant golden-yellow with a great, large, airy. white head that lasts for quite some time. Superb head retention that slowly reduces to a full silky canopy and lace. Very Vibrant bouquet with major hints of banana, citrus, and a hint of cloves and vanilla. Citrus favors dominate along with major compliments of banana and clove. I’m now on a major mission to find this on tap, but the bottles are other worldly already.
