| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 27, 2008 Pours a hazy orange, somewhat muddy body; large, white head, mostly lasting with a fair lacing; small bubbles of average density. The beer has a heavy banana aroma, together with moderate hops notes and moderate-to-heavy yeasty notes, like fresh dough. Flavour is moderately sweet and acidic with a light bitter note that comes up in the long finish. Medium body with an oily texture; lively carbonation; light-to-moderate astringency. Tasty beer, easily sessionable. iammarc (193), Inverness, Scotland

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Jul 21, 2008 On tap at Newport Pizza and Ale house. Aroma is yeasty with esters of banana and coriander. Color is a hazy orange yellow with very good carbonation and a big thick head. Taste is light and fruity. Starting with medium body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish comes on with a fruity yeast flavor and a mellow citrus taste then ends with a faint banana and coriander flavor and a gentle bitterness. After taste is clean with the citrus taste riding out the longest. This is one of the best Hefeweizens I nave ever had.
